Check Out What We're
Drinking!

ONE
Every
bottle of Double Barrel
Reposado begins with 100%
blue Weber agave tequila and
is rested in toasted oak
barrels for 11 months
creating a smooth and
inviting tequila.
TWO
This
tequila is then matured for
an additional month in a new
toasted oak barrel handmade
specifically for this extra
aging.
THREE
Second
barrel aging provides the
tequila uncommon smoothness
and complex flavor notes of
cooked agave, dried fruits
and sweet brown spice.
FOUR
Finally,
each barrel of Double Barrel
Reposado tequila is tasted,
approved and authenticated
by our Master Distiller,
then hand-bottled at the
estate.

Be Warned, You May get Hooked!

Smith &
Hook Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
2007, $13.99
This vintage
continues Smith & Hook's legacy of
great Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep
ruby in color, it elicits aromas
of rich dark fruit, clove and
cedary spice. Notes of black
cherry, cassis and raspberry are
followed by nuances of bell pepper
and cocoa. This wine is lush and
textured, with gripping tannins,
well-developed acidity and a
lingering finish.

Jack
Daniel's 160th Anniversary Limited
Edition Tennessee Whiskey,
$29.99
2010 marks the 160th birthday of our
founder Jack Daniel and this limited
edition bottle is dedicated to him.
How do we honor Mr. Jack's 160th
birthday? The same way we honor him
every day of the year. All Jack ever
asked was "every day we make it we make
it the best that we can." He was talking
about his whiskey, of course, so we
honor him on his birthday by making good
on his request with the bottle you now
hold. |

Cigar Pairing of the Week*
&

Stone Imperial Russian Stout
& Cain Maduro
"The
Summplementary Pairing.
The Stone
Imperial Russian Stout is
an amazing beer. Pours
like a quart of motor oil
yet feels incredibly
smooth and clean on the
palate. The stout is dark
and malty with flavors of
bitter chocolate, dark
roast coffee, and a touch
of ripe fruit. Sound
Familiar? The flavors from
the Cain Maduro are nearly
identical. The stout is
very close to being the
liquid form of the Cain
Maduro, so naturally the
flacors are almost
straight supplements of
one another. Perfect if
you want to drink a beer
that won't drastically
change the taste of your
cigar."
